A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Weyandt was born and raised in the suburbs of Altoona. He attended the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown, where he was a member of the track and field team and developed a strong interest in medicine that led to the profession of podiatry.

He then completed his residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Dr. Weyandt gained extensive training and exposure in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery at a level-one trauma center.

Following his residency, Dr. Weyandt returned to the state of Pennsylvania to complete an intensive one-year foot and ankle surgical fellowship in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, recognized by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He's also a proud member of the American Limb Preservation Society, providing care for diabetic limb salvage and preservation.

Dr. Weyandt's love for the city of Louisville prompted his return, and he now takes great pride in treating the needs of the community.

Dr. Weyandt is active in training residents at the Norton Podiatric Residency Program. He offers both conservative and surgical treatments and looks forward to working with you to get you back on your feet. In his spare time, Dr. Weyandt enjoys mountain biking and exploring the Louisville food scene.
